Before returning an item, please contact us at info@flexibleecoeco.world or call +18005518876 to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization number.
Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include the original receipt or order confirmation. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
